I’m rekindling my passion for infographics. This one shows some of the issues related to excessive sugar consumption and how much harm it actually does to the body, as well as the plethora of diseases it’s linked to! Most people think avoiding sugar is just to help them from being overweight, but it’s actually linked to a number of health issues!

The paleolithic diet largely revolves around foods low on the glycemic index which even further helps to avoid all the issues listed in the graphic below.
